Description
Gon Noda, a dog residing in Osaka’s historic district, accompanies Zenji Noda, proprietor of the furniture store Interior Noda. His speech carries the distinctive Kansai dialect, grounding him in the region’s cultural roots. The name "Gon" nods to insecticide brands used in furniture shops like Zenji’s, safeguarding wood from pests.

Calm and optimistic, Gon serves as a steady older brother figure to local pets, offering guidance with quiet authority. He boasts extensive knowledge, often imparting lessons on animal biology, dietary habits, and cultural traditions to his peers. Though integral to Third Street’s pet community, he discreetly withdraws from group spectacles like the Hunde-1-Grand-Prix, prioritizing solitude or a return to his storefront perch.

Most days find him stationed outside Interior Noda, greeting customers and engaging neighbors with gentle ease. He shares a strong camaraderie with Kuro, a fellow neighborhood dog, and Bull Kuramochi, a convenience store canine. Born on December 12th, Gon embodies a balance of sagacity, warmth, and an unspoken loyalty to the rhythms of his daily life.
