Doumeki, also known as Parker Dōmeki, stands as the only member of Shibahama High School's Audio Club. She originally joined specifically to tap into the club's vast audio file collection, though she later surrendered part of its storage space to the student council. Approached by the animation club (Eizouken) for help, she agreed to act as their audio consultant under the condition that she could use a section of their club room for storage.

In her role, Doumeki stresses the critical role of ambient sound design in crafting immersive worlds, pointing out that even ordinary scenes demand meticulously designed audio elements, unlike live-action footage with its inherent background noise. She also underscores the technical hurdles of dialogue synchronization, characterizing it as a precisely timed "acrobatic feat" where each line must seamlessly connect to the next. During one encounter, her direct communication style surfaces when, startled awake, she refers to Asakusa as a "Kappa."

Physically, Doumeki possesses ochre-colored hair and piercing grey eyes.
