Description
Noel White struggles with profound loneliness each Christmas, intensified by her parents' divorce and her father's absence due to peak holiday work demands, fueling deep resentment towards the season. Her life transforms when an elevator delivers her to Santa Company headquarters, unveiling her father's position as head of the Presents Department. Becoming a Tonttu apprentice, Noel faces the task of discovering the most crucial duty of a Santa Claus.

Guided by compassion, Noel breaks company rules to deliver a late gift request from a child, enlisting friends Bell Crystal and the reindeer Rudolph III on this unauthorized mission. This defiance risks her apprenticeship but reveals her fierce commitment to preventing childhood disappointment. During the perilous journey, she battles supernatural threats and uncovers a hidden truth: her mother vanished under similar circumstances during a delivery incident, a secret kept by her father.

Confronting these dangers and revelations, Noel evolves from a disillusioned girl into someone who grasps the emotional heart of Santa Company's mission. She determines that the fundamental purpose is bringing genuine smiles to children, resolving her central conflict. Her actions heal the rift with her father, help her reconcile her mother's fate, and complete her journey toward embracing Christmas with newfound purpose.
