He is a ninja monster who trained alongside protagonist Hattori-kun in ninja techniques during their youth. This shared history motivates Jippo when an ominous prophetic dream warns him of Hattori-kun's impending danger. Driven by concern for his childhood friend, Jippo travels to Tokyo to assist him. There, he witnesses countless pink eggs raining from the sky; these are revealed as alien organisms sent by invaders to consume Earth's vegetation for energy. The eggs rapidly hatch into plant-devouring monsters threatening widespread destruction.

Jippo actively joins the defense against the alien threat, collaborating with Hattori-kun and the superhero team Perman. During the conflict, Jippo observes the alien Miracle Egg monsters possess a severe vulnerability to hot water. Utilizing his significant physical strength, described as "super horsepower," Jippo excavates a geothermal spring. The scalding water from this spring neutralizes the monsters, causing them to shrink and retreat into space, resolving the primary conflict.
