Fuki leads the Tiger Squad in the secluded all-female ninja village, Akane Class. Classified as a lowerclassman, her mature demeanor belies her status. She possesses short black hair, grey eyes, distinctive bushy eyebrows, and small red lines above her eyes. Her attire consists of a loose white long-sleeved top, long red hakama-style pants, high-heeled sandals, a purple scarf, and purple earrings.

Typically cool, calm, and emotionally reserved, Fuki's detached aura intimidates teammates and clan members, often making her seem older. However, she harbors an acute weakness for puns. Initially reacting with anger to puns told by teammates Itadori and Ume, she became the target of their persistent wordplay once they discovered her susceptibility. This provokes laughter, sometimes overwhelming her to the point of exhaustion, starkly contrasting her stoic nature.

Mature and intelligent, Fuki excels in combat, specifically proficient in Thread Jutsu (糸術). Teammates Itadori and Ume together cannot match her skill. As a child, however, she was known as a crybaby who heavily relied on Itadori and Ume for support. During this time, the trio frequently faced pranks orchestrated by Sazanka from Team Dog.

Fuki enjoys playing Go, often with Tsuwabuki from Team Monkey, her close friend and rival. She dislikes people who refuse to listen to others. Within the Tiger Squad, she harbors a fondness for spending time with Itadori and Ume, though she rarely expresses this openly.
