Description
Geracho, a male Cocotama born from a cherished television, embodies playful mischief and comedic flair. His name echoes the Japanese term *geragera* (laughter), fitting his role as a laughter-driven spirit. Tasked with honing magic to ascend as a full deity, he conceals his existence from those not bound by Cocotama contracts.

Resembling a light-green lizard, he sports a cream-colored snout, arched eyebrows, and vivid reddish-orange eyes. His spiky, darker-green hair mimics dinosaur fins, while a television plug curls as his tail. Eggshell-hued underpants feature a vermillion speech bubble with a grinning face, visually tying his whimsical antics to his TV origins.

Geracho thrives on humor, relentlessly cracking jokes or staging absurd stunts—even when met with silence. A fiercely competitive streak drives him; he detests losing and seethes with jealousy when rivals like Luckytama steal attention. This rivalry stems from their clashing titles: Geracho defiantly dubs himself the “Laughing God” despite his official designation as “TV God.” His speech peppers every sentence with the quirky suffix *datcho*.

Magically, he commands electronics and unleashes uncontrollable laughter through comedic spells. His TV obsession sparks clashes, notably a feud over screens versus books. Challenged to swap interests with a book-loving Cocotama, the experiment collapses, exposing his stubbornness yet hinting at grudging adaptability.

Though prone to chaos, Geracho gradually shoulders responsibility, mentoring disciples and competing in lighthearted trials. Series arcs trace his shift from pure mischief to occasional maturity, though his childlike zeal endures. In group endeavors like the 2017 film, he aids collective resolutions, his individual role blending into the ensemble’s effort.
