Description
Zoria, a member of the Celestial Clan, possesses a muscular build, short wings, piercing blue eyes, and spiked grey hair paired with a long beard. He dons beige sleeveless attire etched with scale-like patterns, bronze elbow armor, and blue pants featuring a light blue stripe. As the clan's former Head Warrior, he enforces Celestial laws with unyielding rigor, especially regarding demons—a stance hardened by his wife's death at demon hands a millennium ago. This fuels his hatred for demons and drives his insistence that his son Solaad inherit his warrior legacy.
During the Sky Temple conflict, Zoria dispatches soldiers after Solaad flees. Mistaking Meliodas for Solaad, he disowns his son for alleged demonic collusion. Overpowered by the demon Dahaaka, Zoria is rescued by Meliodas but credits Solaad, declaring him successor. In the battle against the Six Knights of Black, Zoria wields the Winged Sword to aid Meliodas against Bellion, severing the demon’s arm. Bellion manipulates the strike, impaling Meliodas.
Healed by Ellatt, Zoria recognizes Meliodas and agrees to heal him—until the Winged Sword exposes Meliodas as a high-ranking demon. Zoria demands execution per Celestial law, but Solaad defies him, saving Meliodas. Later, Zoria channels his Ark power alongside fellow Celestials to help Solaad seal the demon Baruja. This act reconciles father and son; Zoria acknowledges Solaad’s courage and expresses pride, noting Solaad’s mother would have agreed.
Zoria’s abilities include flight via his wings and mastery of Ark light magic, which disintegrates darkness. As Head Warrior, he claims 65 lesser demon kills. His primary weapon is the Winged Sword, a sacred blade lethal to demons.
