Miyabi Momoyama is a human girl and a close friend of Mana in the 2018 anime series GeGeGe no Kitarō. She is of similar age and height to Mana, with fair skin, straight dull green hair that has a lock hanging between her eyes, and dull violet irises. She appears as a recurring supporting character, primarily through her friendship with Mana.

Her background is that of an ordinary schoolgirl, initially unaware of the yokai world. She is characterized by a curious and somewhat brave nature, as she becomes involved in supernatural events alongside Mana. In one notable episode, she wanders into a mysterious forest inhabited by kinoko (wood-spirit children) and is pursued by a yamātengu (a mountain tengu) who becomes infatuated with her and attempts to take her away. With the help of Kitarō and the kinoko, she is rescued and chooses to return to her human life, saying farewell to the forest spirits.

Miyabi’s motivations are rooted in loyalty to her friend Mana and a desire to understand the strange occurrences around her. She does not possess any supernatural abilities but serves as a representative of the ordinary human perspective, occasionally providing emotional grounding or a bridge between the human and yokai realms. Her key relationship is with Mana, and through her, she interacts with Kitarō and other yokai.
