He holds the rank of Lieutenant General aboard the United Earth emigrant spaceship Aratrum and serves as chieftain of the Bilusaludo faction. His cultural perspective prioritizes technological efficiency and logic, forged by the loss of his home planet to a black hole in the Bilusaludia binary system. Before the trilogy's events, Dolu-do engaged in Earth diplomacy, attending a Buckingham Palace dinner where he admired human luxuries like aged wine yet criticized their production methods as inefficient.

Dolu-do consistently exhibits a pragmatic, survival-focused mindset. During Aratrum's Central Committee deliberations after Godzilla Earth annihilates United Earth forces, he advocates immediate withdrawal from Earth orbit, dismissing potential human survivors and prioritizing ship safety over rescue. He counters objections by emphasizing Godzilla Earth's ability to target the Aratrum with its atomic breath, insisting retreat to lunar orbit is essential. This stance sparks direct conflict with committee members, particularly Takeshi J. Hamamoto, whom he challenges on the viability of continued Earth operations.

His leadership actively defends Bilusaludo interests during crises. Following the Mechagodzilla City operation's failure and perceived betrayal by Haruo Sakaki, Dolu-do orchestrates a Bilusaludo rebellion aboard the Aratrum. He commands the seizure of the ship's power station, disabling primary systems to force Captain Unberto Mori into prosecuting Sakaki for destroying the city and causing Bilusaludo casualties. In the finale during King Ghidorah's assault, Dolu-do is present in the compromised power room. He acknowledges his faction's failure to restore power amid Ghidorah's gravitational chaos moments before the power core detonates, resulting in his death and the extinction of the remaining Bilusaludo.
