Description
Chuck Glay, alias Peekaboo, was born November 4, 1990, in Arizona, USA. He operated the dark web black market Marco Polo, facilitating illegal drug, weapon, and forged document sales. UK authorities sought him for large-scale money laundering and fraud alongside associates Kunal Robinson (Chap Tip) and Sonia Boutella (MooMoo).

Glay's activities included ties to a gang involved in child exploitation, kidnapping children for pornography production before shifting to the more profitable black market. He also engaged in drug dealing. Approximately five years before Part 5, he leased "The Twin Towers," coercing the young hacker Ami Enan under threat of violence into developing Marco Polo’s payment system.

Overconfident and aggressive, Glay reacted poorly to setbacks. Monolingual in English, his communications often contained typos, misspelling "Marco Polo" as "MALCO POLO" and his alias as "Peeca Boo." When Lupin III stole 3.5 million bitmoney from Marco Polo’s offshore account, Glay lost his composure, swearing vehemently while coordinating with Robinson and Boutella. This theft prompted him to initiate the "Lupin Game," a crowdsourced hunt targeting Lupin.

Operating from a derelict mall, Glay monitored the "Happy Death Day" betting site he funded to predict Lupin’s death date, believing its untraceable currency and privacy protections shielded it legally. During livestreams of assassins pursuing Lupin and Ami, he expressed schadenfreude, taunting Lupin as a "sore loser" and confidently predicting his capture or death, though his associates urged caution.

After Marco Polo resumed operations and generated revenue, Glay received a "game of chicken" proposal from "UNDERWORLD" (Ami). Ignoring Boutella’s warnings and Robinson’s reluctance, he arranged a meeting at the mall. There, he trapped Ami in a chair, cuffing her and flooding the room, admitting inspiration from films. He dismissed her story about her passion for computing, demanding information on Lupin. When she refused, he threatened her life but seemed unsettled by her defiance.

Glay's downfall came when the "Death Day" site listed him, Robinson, and Boutella as targets with bounties matching the stolen bitcoins. Panicked, he tried to leverage Ami for a deal to remove his name. Ambushed by Lupin III, who faked his death using augmented reality, Glay faced Inspector Zenigata. Lupin presented a choice: prison or death. Glay chose incarceration, with Lupin suggesting a decade might be possible with cooperation.

Later, Glay was imprisoned alongside his Marco Polo associates. They followed news of a new Lupin-related event involving facial recognition technology from their cells, commenting on its potential effectiveness.
