High Card's mission is retrieving the scattered "X-Playing Cards," 52 mystical cards granting supernatural abilities, to prevent them from disrupting global power balances under the king's orders.
His service to Fourland's monarchy stretches back to his time as a royal carriage driver for the first king, evolving into his current oversight of High Card. He manages agents operating undercover at Pinochle's Old Maid branch.
