Description
Enkidu, known as the Chains of Heaven, serves as Lancer in Fate/strange Fake. Created by the gods as a divine construct to counter Gilgamesh, Enkidu instead became Gilgamesh's only friend, forging a bond that defined their existence. Summoned in the False Holy Grail War by a Silver Wolf Chimera, Enkidu acts as a Lancer-class Servant in Snowfield, USA, during a flawed replication of the Fuyuki Holy Grail War ritual.

Enkidu's early actions feature a desert confrontation with Gilgamesh, summoned as False Archer. This battle draws intense scrutiny from factions monitoring the Holy Grail War. During the clash, Enkidu manipulates the surrounding terrain, transforming it into chains and firing them as projectiles. They also deploy the Noble Phantasm Enuma Elish, transmuting their own body into a weapon to oppose the world's distortions.

Beyond combat, Enkidu detects the Watcher-class Servant shortly after summoning, speculating whether they have "angered them a little" but concluding the presence is unrelated to standard Heroic Spirit summoning. Later, Enkidu forms a temporary alliance with Saber (Richard the Lionheart) and False Assassin to protect civilian Master Ayaka Sajyou and aid in rescuing the comatose Master Tsubaki Kuruoka.

Enkidu's history as Gilgamesh's friend remains central to their identity, guiding decisions and interactions throughout the conflict. Their role expands to include participation in larger strategic maneuvers, such as observing battles between other Servants like True Archer and True Berserker, while navigating the war's complexities alongside their Master.
