Description
M. Koro, widely known as Koro-sensei, is the central figure of the narrative encapsulated in the film "Assassination Classroom the Movie: 365 Days' Time." The film presents adult recollections by his former students, Nagisa Shiota and Karma Akabane, reflecting on their time with him.

Born into the impoverished slums of an unnamed country, Koro-sensei learned survival through relentless self-reliance in a world rife with betrayal. This forged his early identity as the feared assassin "The Reaper," who executed over a thousand kills using intellect, strength, and charm. His core philosophy relied on three certainties: skill, money, and death. This era concluded when his own apprentice betrayed him, leading to his capture.

Experiments conducted by scientist Kotaro Yanagisawa transformed him into a yellow, octopus-like being composed of unstable antimatter cells. While imprisoned, he formed a bond with Aguri Yukimura, a teacher whose compassion was entirely new to him. When Yanagisawa discovered the antimatter would cause Koro-sensei's explosive death in one year – threatening Earth – Aguri intervened but suffered fatal wounds during his escape. Her final request was for him to teach Class 3-E at Kunugigaoka Junior High School. Although not responsible for the partial destruction of the moon (caused by a test animal's demise), he claimed responsibility to justify his demand for the teaching position. He vowed to destroy Earth by March 13th unless assassinated.

As homeroom teacher for Class 3-E, he demonstrated extraordinary capabilities: flight and movement at Mach 20, rapid regeneration, multitasking via his tentacles, and mastery of all academic subjects. His teaching centered on individualized mentorship, addressing each student's academic, emotional, and assassination-training needs. He wore a black academic gown and a distinctive tie bearing a crescent moon symbol, gifted by Aguri.

His personality blended eccentric humor, sharp perceptiveness, and deep care for his students. He displayed childlike enthusiasm for sweets and gossip, often exhibited perverse tendencies, and changed skin color to reflect emotions (e.g., red for anger, pink for flirtation). However, threats to his students triggered a menacing protectiveness echoing his past as The Reaper. This duality was amplified by the tentacles' influence, heightening his emotional transparency. His evolution from detached assassin to empathetic educator was central, driven by Aguri’s influence and his desire to atone.

Documented weaknesses included vulnerability to specialized anti-sensei materials (BB pellets), sensitivity to water, motion sickness, power loss due to vanity, distraction by women with large breasts, a need for a pillow to sleep, and struggles with patience-based tasks.

His narrative concluded when he sacrificed his remaining energy to save Kaede Kayano (Aguri’s sister) from fatal injuries inflicted by Yanagisawa and his former apprentice during a confrontation. Physically depleted and fulfilling his promise to Aguri, he permitted Class 3-E to assassinate him. Nagisa delivered the final blow by stabbing his heart, after which Koro-sensei’s body dissipated into light. His legacy endured through his students’ growth and Nagisa’s decision to become a teacher.

In the film’s framing scenes, adult Nagisa and Karma revisit their old classroom years later, reflecting on Koro-sensei’s transformative role. They discuss pivotal events, including Kayano’s quest for vengeance and Koro-sensei’s ultimate sacrifice, highlighting his enduring impact.
