Description
Geil Hunt served as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Zeon Mobile Assault Force's Marine Amphibious Unit, stationed at Granada during the One Year War alongside Cima Garahau. Following the war, he fled the space fortress A Baoa Qu. Designated a Class B war criminal by the Earth Federation, Hunt lived as a fugitive.
By Universal Century 0083, Hunt surrendered to Earth Federation authorities and received a death sentence. Prior to this, Cima Garahau sought his alliance with the Delaz Fleet, but Hunt refused, disgusted by Delaz's ideology and methods. He instead negotiated a deal with Earth Federation officer Green Wyatt. Hunt agreed to cooperate on the condition that compensation be secured for the families of his deceased subordinates.
The Federation staged Geil Hunt's death, providing him with a new identity: Claude Kurtz. Operating under this alias, he joined the Kilgelles Team as the pilot of the RX-81FC G-Line Full Custom mobile suit. Assigned to the MSC-07 Albion as an independent reinforcement unit under Green Wyatt's command, Hunt leveraged his expertise as a former Zeon marine. His mission involved establishing contact with Cima Garahau's fleet to negotiate their integration into the Earth Federation Forces. In exchange, Hunt offered intelligence on the Delaz Fleet's planned attack on the naval review. These negotiations ultimately collapsed during a critical combat clash, disrupted by the RX-78GP01-Fb Gundam "Zephyranthes" Full Burnern.
Hunt's story features in the picture drama "Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Mayfly of Space 2," depicting his fugitive status, connection to Cima Garahau, and involvement in events surrounding Operation Stardust.
