Description
Shuichi Azuma, a middle school student with brown hair and blue eyes, has played baseball his entire life. Shortly before his school's cultural festival, he quits the team, triggering a major conflict with his best friend Kenta Saijo. Azuma's struggle to openly express his feelings and motivations deepens the rift between them.

On the festival's eve, a powerful typhoon traps students inside the school. Amidst the storm, Azuma encounters a distressed, mysterious girl with red eyes—later identified as Noruda—wearing a glowing red collar. Despite the danger, he feels an immediate, compelling urge to help her, redirecting his focus from personal turmoil to her plight.

Azuma discovers Noruda is linked to the typhoon, an otherworldly phenomenon threatening to reset Earth. He tries to convince Saijo of the supernatural threat, but Saijo initially dismisses his claims. As the crisis escalates, Azuma and Saijo reconcile their differences and unite to remove Noruda's collar—the key to stopping the catastrophe—driven by the urgent need to cooperate.

In the climax, Azuma uses a baseball, symbolizing his abandoned sport, to destroy the collar's cracked core, halting the typhoon's destructive purpose. Afterward, he asks the girl's name, learning she is Noruda before she departs. His actions demonstrate a shift from internal conflict to proactive resolution, leveraging his baseball background to address the crisis.

Azuma's history as a dedicated player and strained friendship with Saijo form the emotional foundation for his choices during the typhoon. The events compel him to confront communication barriers and collaborate under pressure.
