Myōkō is a Fleet of Fog heavy cruiser Mental Model. Operating under Kongō's fleet, she serves directly under Hiei within the Fog's command hierarchy. During the events of the film *Ars Nova: Cadenza*, Myōkō appears as a member of the "student council," a group of Fog vessels led by Hiei that confronts the protagonists.
