Deux cornes, also known as Two Horns, rules as a cyborg crime lord within the ruins of post-conflict New York City. He possesses a bulky cyborg body, three piercing red eyes, and two prominent horns decorated with multiple piercings. As a gang leader, he commands a faction of cyborgs and enforces debts owed to him to maintain control through strategic power dynamics. He employs protagonists Deunan Knute and Briareos, leveraging a debt incurred from repairing Briareos' combat injuries. His mechanic, Matthews, intentionally perpetuates this debt by sabotaging Briareos' systems, ensuring their continued dependence and service. His authority faces a challenge when the cyborg operative Talos attacks him during an interrogation, severely injuring him in an attempt to extract information about Iris and Olson. Following his recovery, Two Horns pursues Talos for revenge. He eventually allies with Deunan and Briareos to confront Talos, who activates a prototype superweapon. In the ensuing battle, he provides tactical support and resources, deploying his cyborg forces and authorizing Matthews to supply Deunan with power armor.
