Voards Viewlard is the alias of Mission Routh, the hereditary President of the Trun Union on Addler. As a direct descendant of the Nakandarah Swans lineage, he possesses pure headdliner genes granting superhuman reflexes essential for piloting Mortar Headds. His headdliner abilities manifested later in adolescence than typical for powerful candidates, causing initial disappointment given his aristocratic status, yet he achieved considerable skill. His presidency is largely ceremonial, enabling him to adopt the Voards Viewlard persona as a freelance knight under the Trun's peacekeeping force (SPI). In this disguise, he presents himself as a perverted, hard-drinking trickster known for crude antics like peeking under skirts and fondling young meisters. Despite this behavior, his perpetually jubilant mood is described as infectious, even among those annoyed by him.

He pilots the Mortar Headd Kormals series Biblos, which undergoes an armor change and is renamed Brandzi (or Branji) when operating as Voards Viewlard. His Fatima partner is Megaera (Ballanche Fatima #40), whom he calls "Mequra" while disguised. The circumstances of how he acquired this renowned Fatima remain unclear, with the Trun Union reportedly preferring confidentiality.

During Lachesis' debut ceremony in Lent, he meets Ladios Sopp (Amaterasu's alter ego). Viewlard initially mistakes Sopp for a woman and frequently makes lustful advances toward him, much to Sopp's chagrin. Despite this comedic dynamic, the two form a fast and enduring friendship.
