Michele Rochasse is a French actress appearing in the Black Jack OVA episode "Clinical Chart 4: Anorexia, The Two Dark Doctors." An adult woman with brown hair and blue eyes, she grew up in the village of Anjou. There, she shared a close childhood friendship with Catina and nurtured aspirations of becoming an actress, though she initially felt embarrassed by this dream, believing it unattainable.

Michele achieved success as a movie actress, but developed a severe, unexplained medical condition. This illness caused progressive undernourishment, weakness, and an inability to consume food, worsening with the appearance of red blotches on her skin. Extensive medical examinations failed to diagnose the cause. Her deteriorating condition led to a car crash, from which she was rescued by the morally ambiguous Dr. Kiriko.

Investigations revealed the origin of Michele's illness lay in her childhood environment in Anjou. Chemical weapons stored near the village during World War I contaminated the area, resulting in a parasitic infection that migrated to her brain. This mirrored the same condition that had caused Catina's death years earlier, explaining Michele's symptoms including anorexia and neurological decline.

Black Jack intervened, performing surgery to remove the parasite from Michele's brain. The successful operation cured her condition. Michele recovered fully, allowing her to resume her acting career and complete her film, concluding her character arc.
