Description
Seijuro Tabe, Chief Secretary of Japan's Liberal Republican Party and heir apparent to the Prime Ministership, contracted the demon virus. His inherent greed and lust for power led him to actively embrace the infection's power, a conscious choice that nullified any potential cure. The virus overwhelmed him completely, transforming him into a "Devil-Possessed" entity. This state signified the death of his original human self; his body became a grotesque vessel animated solely by the demonic entity within.

To sustain his decaying form and prevent disintegration, he developed a compulsion to consume the livers of young women. This drove him to hunt and murder multiple victims across Tokyo. Leveraging his significant political influence and resources, he orchestrated cover-ups for these killings, employing thugs to abduct targets and conceal his crimes. This pattern of targeting women was a noted symptom of his advanced infection.

Severe physical mutations manifested: he could sprout numerous prehensile tentacles for combat and mobility, possessed a massive, fanged maw in his torso, and exhibited extreme resilience, surviving catastrophic damage including decapitation—his tentacles remaining lethally functional even headless. His eyes glowed red, signaling his corruption.

He tracked down and captured renowned psychic Bokudo and his granddaughter, Sayaka Murakami, believing they held crucial knowledge threatening his existence, imprisoning them in his abandoned harbor warehouse lair. Confronted there by Bokudo, Tabe received a stark condemnation: Bokudo declared Tabe's own corrupt nature and desire for power directly caused his irreversible monstrous transformation, rejecting redemption and declaring him no longer human.

The final confrontation occurred within the warehouse. Tabe battled Komada, a Bio-Hunter infected yet retaining his humanity. Both combatants utilized monstrous forms, Komada shifting bestially. Tabe demonstrated formidable power and resilience during the brutal fight. Ultimately, weakened by Komada, Tabe was killed by Komada's partner, Koshigaya, delivering the decisive blow. His death ended his reign of terror, though the demon virus itself remained a pervasive threat.
