Description
Aguri Madoka, also known as Cure Ace, originates from Trump Kingdom as the reborn good half of Princess Marie Ange's heart. This separation occurred to protect the princess's people, while the bad half became Regina. After failing to stop her biological father, King Jikochuu, in Trump Kingdom, she reverted to infancy and arrived on Earth. Found by Madoka Mari, she was raised as her adoptive granddaughter. Aguri sports round burgundy eyes and long brown hair, typically wearing a red dress or seasonal winter attire. Her personality is composed, calm, and wise beyond her years, though her rule-oriented nature can make her seem strict or bossy. She harbors a particular appreciation for sweets and employs elegant speech patterns, often using phrases like "Bravo" or "Adieu."

Using the Love Eyes Palette and Ai's power, Aguri transforms into Cure Ace. In this form, she grows taller, gains magenta eyes and bright red hair, and dons an elaborate red-and-white costume with gold accents. Initially limited to five minutes, her Cure Ace form later becomes unrestricted after she gains knowledge from the Eternal Golden Crown. Her attacks include Ace Shot—which purifies, freezes, traps, or encases enemies depending on lipstick color—and Ace Mirror Flash. During intense battles, she can self-power-up with a red light aura.

Her relationships are central: she deeply cares for Ai (a fragment of Princess Marie Ange), protects her schoolmate Eru from bullies, and shares a complex sibling rivalry with Regina. She initially fights her father, King Jikochuu, before reconciling with him after his restoration. Post-series, she integrates better with classmates and continues heroic acts, such as stopping a satellite crash. Later, she temporarily becomes Cure Joker alongside Regina to confront new villains, strengthening their bond after encountering Marie Ange's spirit.

In *Eiga Precure All Stars New Stage 3: Eien no Tomodachi*, Aguri participates as Cure Ace alongside other Pretty Cure teams to rescue children trapped in a dream world by the fairy Maamu. The Cures enter the dream world, confront nightmares, and assist in freeing the affected children, with Aguri's actions aligning with the collective effort.
