Description
Asuta Jimon is a middle school runaway, fleeing escalating conflicts with his father over pressure to inherit the family business. His estrangement prompted an immediate cancellation of his credit card. Plucked from homelessness, he encountered Kate Hoshimiya (Lady Venera) and was involuntarily recruited into Zvezda, a secret organization bent on world conquest. Lacking alternatives, he accepted the role of second-in-command under the alias Dva, Russian for "two".
He sports dark blue hair, blue eyes, and stands roughly 1.62 meters tall. His civilian attire is a school uniform: a tan vest over a white dress shirt and tie, paired with a grey-and-black hooded coat and black pants. Within Zvezda, he favors casual wear—a blue short-sleeved shirt, a yellow apron for chores, and brownish-red pants. As Dva, he conceals his identity with a black gas mask bearing Zvezda’s symbol and a black bodysuit featuring reinforced joints, completed by red sneakers.
Anxious and often irritable, Asuta nonetheless exhibits maturity through his responsibilities. He single-handedly manages all domestic duties for Zvezda—cooking, cleaning, shopping, and laundry—making him essential to the group's operation. Despite his affiliation with a villainous organization, he possesses a moral compass, freeing his enemy White Robin due to their personal connection. He remains skeptical of Zvezda's world domination goal yet stays loyal for lack of alternatives.
His relationships are complex. He harbors deep resentment towards his father, later revealed as commander of the Tokyo Military Special Force opposing Zvezda. This antagonism intensifies when White Egret informs him his father disowns him. Conversely, he develops mutual romantic feelings for his classmate Renge Komadori, secretly White Robin. Their dynamic evolves from hostility—after Dva accidentally groped her—to affection, especially after he saves her from humiliation. Renge eventually defects from White Light to protect him, revealing her identity.
Lacking combat prowess, Asuta demonstrates agility, evasive survival skills, and quick problem-solving. He briefly wielded a sword effectively once and used a fly swatter in another incident, though neither became recurring weapons. His primary value to Zvezda stems from logistical and domestic management.
His character arc sees him transition from a reluctant outsider to an integral Zvezda member, bonding with its members despite initial exploitation. Key developments include reconciling his father's role as an adversary, navigating his dual identity with Renge, and ultimately choosing allegiance to Zvezda as his surrogate family. The narrative frames Zvezda as a refuge for those isolated from society, fulfilling his need for belonging after leaving home.
