His past includes training alongside Kazuma and Tsukiomi at the Subaru Magic Academy. The Great Magic War left a deep mark, particularly the death of Tsukiomi during a pivotal battle fought alongside Kazuma against former classmates. This loss fuels his enduring hatred for the rival organization Wizard Brace.

Personally, Washizu often displays a childish demeanor but proves a capable leader for Ghost Trailer.
