His appearance includes blonde hair typically covered by a purple-and-white cap, purple eyes, and the standard Harness uniform. Specializing in LBX mechanics and development, Takeru focuses on the "Vampire Cat" LBX series. Seeking a skilled player to test his custom model, Vampire Cat Militas, he followed and eventually recruited Arata Sena after observing Arata's combat abilities. Their initial encounter involved misunderstandings due to Sakuya's interference, but Takeru later acknowledged Arata as one of the best LBX players he had encountered following a successful battle test. Within Harness, his role involves manufacturing and optimizing LBX equipment, with a particular specialization in Knight-type armor frames. By default, he acts as the player's platoon mechanic in the game adaptation, starting at Level 1 with proficiency in Knight-frame development. His LBX creations include the DC Offenser, and his technical expertise extends to multiple armor frame types. A subplot involves Catherine Ruth approaching Takeru to obtain an autograph from his sister, her personal hero.
