Description
Minako Satake is an idol affiliated with 765 Production who first appeared in the mobile game The IDOLM@STER Million Live! and later in the rhythm game Theater Days. She is eighteen years old, with brown hair usually tied into a high ponytail with a red bow and blue eyes. She comes from a family that runs a Chinese restaurant, where she worked as a waitress and occasionally as a chef before becoming an idol. This upbringing gave her extensive cooking skills and a habit of looking after others through food.

Minako is cheerful, extroverted, and deeply nurturing. She acts as a big sister figure to many of the other idols, always ready to help when someone is in trouble. She has very high endurance and rarely complains about her own fatigue because she prioritizes supporting those around her. Her motivation to become an idol originally came from a wish to debut alongside two close friends. Although she was the only one of the three to pass the audition, she carried that dream forward and continues to value teamwork and togetherness in her idol work. She believes that a good diet is the foundation of happiness and routinely offers homemade meals to her friends, using food as a way to comfort people and strengthen bonds.

In the story, Minako takes on a supportive and stabilizing role within the theater. She is often the one who notices when someone is down and steps in with a warm meal or a kind word. Her generosity can sometimes be overwhelming, as she tends to cook in very large quantities, but her intentions are always sincere. She also has a surprising hobby: she loves fighting games and is highly skilled at them, especially with grappler-style characters, to the point that she can rival even the most dedicated players.

Her key relationships include a close friendship with Nao Yokoyama, with whom she shares a playful dynamic and has performed in units such as Senkou HANABI Dan and Jus-2-Mint. The two are frequently paired together, and their interactions often highlight Minako's caring nature and Nao's more tsundere personality. Minako is also on friendly terms with many of the other girls in the theater, as her big-sister demeanor makes her approachable to almost everyone.

Over the course of her appearances, Minako grows more confident in her own identity as an idol rather than just a caretaker. While she remains deeply devoted to supporting others, she also learns to accept help and express her own ambitions more openly. Her trademark song, Super Size Love, reflects her energetic and generous personality, and she is recognized for her ability to deliver lively, heartfelt performances that mirror the warmth she shows offstage. Her notable abilities include professional-level cooking, mass food preparation, high physical stamina, and surprising prowess in competitive video games.
