Kunitake Sasugaki, the third-year student council president, is formally engaged to fellow student Kiritani Konome. He initiates a clandestine project to create a special section for the school's graduation album, requiring the collection of sexually explicit photographs of female students. Sasugaki enlists second-year kendo club member Tamao Tsukamu to procure these images by engaging in sexual encounters with the girls.

Presenting the project as tradition, Sasugaki conceals his personal motivations and true intentions. As the narrative progresses, he orchestrates increasingly coercive methods, including bets and challenges, to expand the collection. He leverages his authority and physical presence to manipulate and dominate others. During a climactic confrontation involving a physical altercation, Sasugaki attempts to coerce non-consensual acts upon multiple female characters, including his fiancée Kiritani, as part of a wager tied to the album's completion, revealing the exploitative core of his scheme.

His engagement to Kiritani endures as a significant facet of his background throughout the narrative, though strained by his actions and hidden agenda. Sasugaki persists as an unrepentant antagonist, consistently driven by his concealed objectives regarding the album.
