Charlotte is a honey bee Jewelpet with distinctive purple charoite jewel eyes, a black and yellow striped body, pink antennae, white neck fluff, and light blue wings. She always wears a purple crystal bow and a honeycomb-shaped charoite jewel featuring an orange center on her neck fluff.
Her personality varies between series. In *Jewelpet Sunshine*, a delinquent past stemming from overhearing an insincere friendship confession made her anti-social. Demonstrating loyalty, she formed a strong bond with Shouko after Shouko protected her from bullies, joining Shouko's delinquent group and entering a relationship with classmate Katori. *Jewelpet Kira☆Deco!* highlights her romantic nature; during episode 23, she developed intense feelings for Midori and attempted to permanently control him. Discovering his plan to use her honey to attract other girls turned her hostile towards him, leading her to form a relationship with Retsu Akagi by the episode's end.
