Description
Blue Knight Ozaki, also known as Blue Knight Blue, is a major character originating from Kobe in Japan's Hyogo Prefecture. Approximately 14-15 years old and in ninth grade during the events, he abandoned prior fame as a singer—gained through his attractive appearance and chivalrous demeanor—after finding it unfulfilling. Professor Decorisky recruited him for the KiraDeco 5 to combat the Eternal Darkness, prompting his relocation to Jewel Land.

In Jewel Land, he adopts the codename "Blue Knight Blue," demonstrating proficient combat skills with a focus on leg techniques. His personality is quietly observant and calm, marked by a strong dedication to assisting women of any age or appearance, embodying a knightly ethos. This contrasts with his general indifference toward men, including his teammates.

After an initial arrest, the Jewelpet Garnet bails him out. He becomes her personal butler, replacing her former sheep butler. This role causes temporary strain when Garnet refers to him as her "sheep," causing him emotional hurt. During this time, Garnet gifts him a Morning Drop necklace, which he wears consistently. This necklace later transforms into a speaker earring, enabling him to hear calls for help from women worldwide, symbolizing his expanded protective role.

A pivotal development occurs when Opal, corrupted into "Black Opal" by the antagonist Kaiser, manipulates and corrupts Ozaki, turning him toward darkness. This challenges the KiraDeco 5 to restore his true self. His character arc culminates in acquiring his Jewel of Fate, the Blue Garnet, which materializes from his desire to protect women universally. This jewel allows an enhanced transformation.

Garnet later dismisses him from his butler position, urging him to use his abilities more broadly. This act, combined with his Jewel of Fate, solidifies his commitment to global protection. Before returning to the human world, he receives the speaker earring from Garnet, ensuring he can continue responding to those in need.
