TV-Series
Description
Otome Tsuzuki sports violet-blue locks featuring a distinctive single strand sticking up and bangs framing her face, complemented by striking red eyes. Her physique is defined by measurements of B99 (G-cup), W60, H89, and blood type O. Those close to her frequently characterize her as reckless, noting her often childlike and airheaded demeanor. Counterbalancing this, she possesses an unusual perceptiveness, allowing her to swiftly detect when others are facing trouble.

An orphan adopted by the Tsuzuki family, her childhood was shaped by foster parents who tragically died in an accident during Takumi Tsuzuki's junior high years. Their example instilled in her a powerful desire to help others. She dedicates herself to aiding people in need, frequently traveling far for this purpose. She later discovered Takumi Tsuzuki after he ran away from an orphanage, adopting him as her younger brother to form their own family.

Otome owns and operates the Stray Cats patisserie, though her frequent absences on aid missions challenge its operation. The business survives largely due to her popularity among male customers drawn by her beauty, rather than her culinary prowess. She is notably clumsy at baking cakes, a task often handled by Takumi in her stead. Her tendency to leave the shop unattended for long stretches creates significant operational hurdles.

A recurring situation involves her large bust causing swimsuit malfunctions, particularly tops breaking due to inadequate fit. She openly expresses affection for Takumi through frequent hugs and physical closeness, actions that sometimes spark jealousy in other female characters. Her numerous rescues and heroic deeds have earned her local celebrity status.

Her habit of bringing home strays extends beyond animals. She encountered and brought home Nozomi Kiriya, a mysterious girl found at a train station, to live at Stray Cats. Otome taught Nozomi a distinctive cat-like self-introduction pose complete with a "MEOW!" She relies significantly on the resources and influence of Chise Umenomori to facilitate her many aid missions.
