Description
Toichiro Kazamatsuri attends Hakureiryō Academy as the sole male student within its prestigious upper-ed class for elite students from prominent families. He exhibits extreme narcissism, consistently proclaiming himself the most beautiful being in existence and demanding universal admiration and reverence for his appearance. His overwhelming self-absorption and androgynous presentation unsettle other students, leading them to avoid him and contributing to his social isolation; they call him "Daikiji."

Kazamatsuri functions primarily through random appearances where he interrupts scenes to display his vanity. One such instance involves him approaching Mimina Ōsawa, attempting to engage her based on his perceived beauty, only to be dismissed as she focuses on her art. These interactions serve as comic relief, highlighting his lack of self-awareness and others' reactions. His traits, personality, relationships, and role within the academy remain static throughout.
