Toymajin began as a cherished teddy bear whose owner eventually abandoned him. This heartbreak fueled bitter resentment towards children who discard their toys. Relocating to the Land of Toys, his accumulated pain and anger drove his rise to power, transforming him into a dictator ruling through fear and commanding the loyalty of other abandoned toys.
Physically, Toymajin manifests as a large robot-like entity composed entirely of discarded toys, predominantly stuffed animals, representing the resentment of forgotten playthings. His form visibly incorporates numerous toys that cry out in anguish when observed. He grows larger and stronger by assimilating additional toys, enhancing his power.
His primary motivation is revenge against children for abandoning their toys. He plans to steal all toys worldwide and conquer the human world to prevent further neglect, believing this delivers justice. He employs Count Roulette as a subordinate to manipulate the Pretty Cure team through a challenging board game trap.
During a confrontation, Toymajin captures Usapyon, a rabbit plushie seeking help from Pretty Cure, and absorbs her into his collective form, attempting to sway her by claiming shared suffering. He directly confronts the Pretty Cure team, arguing they cannot comprehend abandonment pain. He demonstrates invulnerability to their initial attacks, including the Lucky Clover Grand Finale, and transforms into a colossal bear-like monster by merging with every toy in the Land of Toys.
When Cure Peach, separated from her transformation device, attempts to rescue Usapyon, Toymajin reveals the collective anguish within him, asserting all incorporated toys harbor resentment. Usapyon clarifies she bears no hatred towards her former owner, Love, highlighting that simple forgetfulness differs from intentional abandonment. Cure Peach, upgraded to Cure Angel, channels the feelings of children who cherished their toys through the Loving True Heart attack. This purifies Toymajin, dissolving his monstrous form and reverting him to his original teddy bear state. His memories of being loved resurface, restoring his belief in children's capacity for affection.
Following his defeat, the Pretty Cure team returns him to the human world, where he is given to a new owner, a young girl at a flea market, ensuring he experiences love again.
