Description
Minatsu Shiina is a second-year student at Hekiyou Academy and serves as the vice president of the student council in Student Council's Discretion Lv. 2. She is the older sister of Mafuyu Shiina, the council treasurer. Minatsu is a tall girl with brown hair and blue eyes, standing 166 centimeters. She first met Ken Sugisaki during summer break after her first year of high school, and that meeting inspired him to work hard and improve himself.
