Movie
Description
Kiyoh Bachika, who later becomes Kiyoh Littner through marriage, originates as the eldest of Kittan Bachika's three younger sisters within the group called the Black Siblings. Fleeing their destroyed village alongside her siblings, she dedicated herself to hunting Beastmen using weapons such as oil bombs and slingshots, demonstrating combat prowess even before joining Team Dai-Gurren. This skill was evident when she single-handedly defeated multiple adversaries during early encounters.

Initially serving in a support role aboard the Dai-Gurren battleship within the control room, Kiyoh transitioned to a frontline position following Kamina's death. She took over piloting duties of the Dayakkaiser Gunmen after its previous pilot, Dayakka, assumed command responsibilities. During the decisive battle against the Spiral King Lordgenome at Teppelin, she operated the Dayakkaiser alongside her siblings' Gunmen, contributing to the collective effort while Simon confronted Lordgenome directly.

After the war's conclusion and the establishment of surface civilization, Kiyoh married Dayakka Littner. She subsequently became pregnant, with her child destined to become the one-millionth human registered on the surface. This milestone inadvertently triggered the Anti-Spiral's Humanity Annihilation System due to the population reaching a predetermined threat threshold. During this period, she personally encouraged Nia Teppelin to accept Simon's marriage proposal. Kiyoh clarified Simon's metaphorical language about sharing their lives together, helping Nia grasp the emotional intent and ultimately facilitating their engagement.

When the Anti-Spiral attack commenced, Kiyoh was hospitalized for childbirth. Following delivery, she and her newborn were evacuated to the Arc Gurren alongside other civilians as Kamina City came under assault. She remained on Earth during the ensuing space battle, witnessing the conflict from the Arc Gurren. Her husband, Dayakka, notably proclaimed her virtues during his combat against the Anti-Spiral forces. Kiyoh later attended Simon and Nia's wedding ceremony, experiencing shock alongside other attendees at Nia's subsequent disappearance after the vows.

In the manga adaptation, the Black Siblings, including Kiyoh, were introduced earlier during Team Gurren's stay in Littner Village. They explicitly attributed the destruction of their home village, Bachika, to the Beastman Viral.
