Description
Plug Cryostat is a "Charger Girl" (Jūden-chan) from the parallel dimension Life Core, employed by the Neodym company. Her mission involves monitoring human depression and alleviating it through targeted electrical charges. Normally invisible to humans due to her phasing abilities, she becomes accidentally visible to Sento Oumi while attempting to charge a family member, forging an ongoing connection with him. Professionally, she ranks low among her peers due to inefficiency and frequent errors, resulting in repeated salary deductions from her supervisor, Pulse Trans. She diverges from standard Charger Girl protocols; instead of focusing solely on meeting charging quotas, she prioritizes identifying and resolving the underlying causes of depression to achieve lasting improvements. This approach results in fewer repeat cases despite lower overall charge counts.

Her personality combines earnest dedication with airheaded tendencies. She exhibits persistent determination, notably charging a high-risk "Z-class" individual, Kenta Kajiwara, despite severe physical consequences including near-fatal injuries and potential arm loss. This action demonstrates her willingness to defy orders for moral reasons. She displays obsessive fandom for the ecchi anime series "Miracle Witch Milly" (or "Millie-chan"), often watching it at Sento's residence. Interpersonal relationships include frequent clashes with her rival-turned-partner Arresta Blanket, initially stemming from contrasting work philosophies, though mutual respect develops over time. Her bond with Sento evolves from adversarial – marked by frequent physical comedy involving baseball bat strikes – to supportive, with Sento mentoring her methodology. Romantic feelings develop on her side towards Sento.

Character development occurs through professional challenges. Early failures involve mistimed charges and inadequate problem-solving. Over time, she refines her approach by creating opportunities for effective interventions rather than waiting passively, showcasing increased competence. A pivotal moment involves successfully charging the Z-class Kenta. This act nearly kills her but ultimately earns recognition from superiors and rivals alike for embodying the organization's ideals, cementing her role as a catalyst for positive change within the Charger Girl system.

The anime adaptation introduces elements like omorashi (panty wetting) scenarios absent in the original manga. These are depicted as frequent occurrences for Plug and other female characters, attributed to director Shinichiro Kimura's creative decisions.

The character appears in Bow Ditama's manga (serialized 2006-2013) and the 2009 anime adaptation (12 episodes). A PlayStation Portable visual novel, *Juden Chan Recharged CC*, released in 2010, includes her. No other official sequels, films, OVAs, or spin-offs featuring the character are referenced.
