Description
Jirai emerges as an early antagonist leading a biker gang that dominates a post-apocalyptic wasteland. He commands outlaw thugs through intimidation and brute strength, methods befitting the lawless environment. His gang targets vulnerable survivors, displaying a young girl's dress as a grim trophy on their vehicle to imply violent acts.

When Jirai’s gang blocks Raoh’s path, he demands tribute and attempts recruitment by offering food, alcohol, and women. Raoh rejects these, declaring his ambition to conquer the world. Enraged, Jirai brands him a "fool" and attacks with a whip. Raoh retaliates instantly with a Hokuto Shinken fist strike, bisecting Jirai vertically and cleaving the building behind him. The blow severs Jirai’s lower body from his torso.

This encounter occurs at the outset of Raoh’s journey, establishing his formidable power and ruthlessness. Jirai’s narrative role is confined to this confrontation, with no subsequent appearances or expanded backstory in other media. His death dissolves the gang, underscoring the fatal cost of opposing Raoh’s ideals.
