Description
Tabitha, originally named Charlotte Hélène Orléans de Gallia, is the daughter of Charles, Duke de Orléans, and niece of King Joseph de Gallia. After her father's assassination during Gallia's succession war, Joseph claimed the throne. At a party, Joseph poisoned wine intended for her; her mother consumed it instead, suffering permanent insanity. Her mother then mistook Charlotte's childhood doll "Tabitha" for her daughter, viewing Charlotte as an impostor. Charlotte adopted the doll's name permanently.

Once lively and optimistic, Tabitha became stoic and silent, rarely speaking or showing emotion, often immersed in books. Her closest companion is Kirche von Zerbst, though they interact wordlessly. She harbors a profound fear of ghosts.

A wind and ice mage wielding a curved staff, Tabitha progressed from Triangle-class to Square-class. Her familiar is Sylphid, a blue wind rhyme dragon who takes human form as Illococoo, posing as her younger sister.

King Joseph assigned her lethal missions to eliminate her covertly, including slaying a three-headed dragon. This earned her the Chevalier rank, though Joseph barred further advancement. Blackmailed by Joseph's subordinate Sheffield, she aided in capturing Louise, fought Saito, and lost her knighthood upon failure. Subsequently, Joseph ordered the elf Bidalsha to kidnap her. Imprisoned in Gallia, she faced the same insanity potion but was rescued by Saito, Louise, and allies—an event that rekindled her emotional expression.

After Joseph's death, Tabitha returned to Gallia with a cure for her mother. Declared heir to the throne, she delayed her coronation to reside with Saito, Louise, and Siesta in De Ornielle. Her feelings for Saito intensified after his rescue; she vowed to protect him, kissed him to reignite Louise's magic, and joined his household. Later, Romalia deceived her into backing an elven crusade, briefly elevating her as queen. She then discovered her twin sister Josette—secretly sent to a monastery at birth due to Gallia's tradition of killing one twin. Under Romalia's influence, Josette replaced her as queen. Tabitha abdicated and returned to Saito's home.

Her emotional reawakening unfolded through reliance on friends during crises: crying when rescued, showing concern for others' safety, and expressing vulnerability. Despite royal status, she consistently prioritizes personal bonds over power.
