Shirou Magi is a member of the esper organization P.A.N.D.R.A. and was among the first children recruited and saved by Kyousuke Hyoubu. He grew up alongside other young espers rescued by Hyoubu, living aboard a ship that functions as both a home and a family for espers.

His esper ability allows him to manipulate the carbon atoms within his own body, reconfiguring them at will into various shapes. This power includes the formation of functional wings, which provide him with the ability to fly.
