Hana Usa is a rabbit with cream-colored fur and brown eyes who lives in Bunniesfield. She operates a floral business there with her twin sister, Momousa, specializing in planting, tending to, and selling flowers; she possesses the ability to detect specific kinds of flowers by scent.

She and the other Sugarbunnies travel to a Parisian village, where they initially disguise themselves as inanimate objects. In the village, Hana Usa befriends Sophia and others. After the Sugarbunnies are discovered, she resides with one of Sophia's friends, sharing this home with three other Sugarbunnies. Her role involves contributing to the local community through floral work, creating bouquets and caring for plants.
