Ayaka Toshima is a club hostess required to wear distinctive cute or gothic lolita attire, often recognized by an eyepatch. She develops an intense obsession with male host Seiya Shinjuku, financially supporting his rise to become his club's top performer. Discovering Seiya exploited her affections solely for money while secretly dating Julia Katsushika leaves her feeling profoundly betrayed. Seeking retribution and aiming to dismantle Seiya's relationship with Julia, Ayaka tricks him into wearing an SCM (Slave Control Method) device, establishing a master-slave dynamic where she becomes his master. As master, she forces Seiya to sever ties with Julia and cohabitates with him, intending to manipulate him into genuinely loving her through the SCM's control, which includes imposing physical discomfort like making him repeatedly hit his head against a wall. Her control ends when she and Seiya encounter Yuuga Ohta and Eia Arakawa. Challenged to a game by Yuuga, Ayaka loses, resulting in both her and Seiya becoming Yuuga's slaves; Seiya intentionally lost to escape her. Later, Ayaka and Seiya fall under the control of another SCM user known as Ryuuou, becoming part of his group of slaves. During this enslavement, Ayaka endures physical torture, including being forced into a cold bath in a clawfoot slipper bathtub while a shower ran over her as punishment.
