Cappuccinousa, also known as Cappuccino Usa, is a rabbit character with tan fur and black eyes. He shares a close bond with his twin brother, Latteusa, and both specialize as baristas crafting coffee. Originating from Bunniesfield, a magical realm of anthropomorphic bunnies, he is among 14 bunny twins sent to the human world on a mission assigned by the Two Queens. There, he befriends Sophia, a young girl aspiring to be a pastry chef. Cappuccinousa and the others initially conceal their true nature by posing as plush toys in Sophia's home, though their living identities are later revealed.

A distinctive trait allows him to throw his ears upward during intense concentration, busy tasks, or grave danger—an ability exclusive to him and Latteusa among the bunny characters. In the human world, Cappuccinousa employs his barista expertise to support Sophia’s culinary endeavors. He resides openly with her and the other bunnies after their revelation, collaborating on diverse food specialties while navigating their dual existence across worlds.
