As a high-ranking member, Kanjine actively pursues the Rose Pact and Cure Rosegarden for the organization. The character wields the power to transform into a scorpion-like monster, utilizing this monstrous form in combat against the Pretty Cure team. Kanjine engages the protagonists directly, striving to thwart their objectives while advancing Eternal's goal to obtain Cure Rosegarden.

Over the series, Kanjine undergoes significant change, culminating in defection from Eternal. Following departure, the character experiences reformation and redemption. Having left the antagonist organization, Kanjine aligns with the protagonists, contributing to their fight against Eternal.
