Description
Makabe Tsubasa belongs to the notorious B6 group at his academy, a collection of problematic high school students. Half-British and half-Japanese, his mother was a model in England and his father is the wealthy owner of a major Japanese conglomerate. After his mother's death when he was five, Tsubasa endured a childhood marked by neglect, raised primarily by household staff while his distant father remained emotionally absent. This fostered a deeply ingrained sense of entitlement in Tsubasa, leading him to believe money could solve any problem.

Academically, Tsubasa faces significant challenges, particularly with Japanese language proficiency despite his heritage. His English skills are equally poor, contributing to repeated failures and frequent class absences. He habitually skips school to spend time in a clubhouse with his fellow B6 members, displaying little concern for his studies or future prospects.

Tsubasa presents a tsundere exterior, masking vulnerability with arrogance and brashness. He harbors distinct eccentric interests, including a notable obsession with matryoshka dolls that evokes intense emotional reactions. He also enjoys consuming cheese and meticulously polishing a checkered statue he owns.

His character arc centers on his evolving relationship with Minami Yuri, the teacher assigned to guide the B6 toward graduation. Her persistent efforts challenge his worldview and behavior. Through confrontations and her guidance, Tsubasa gradually matures, learning accountability beyond simply throwing money at problems. Romantic feelings for Yuri emerge, noticeable to others in the B6 despite his initial attempts to conceal them.

Documented outcomes present two distinct paths. In one, Tsubasa graduates, demands Yuri become his girlfriend, attends university, and takes a role in his father's corporation. His wealth facilitates extravagant gestures, such as purchasing a private jet for vacations. Alternatively, he forgoes higher education to pursue modeling, specifically joining the agency where his mother once worked. This path involves relocating to France and arranging for Yuri to accompany him with a teaching position. Both resolutions reflect his growth from dependency on wealth toward pursuing personal aspirations and relationships.

Physically, Tsubasa appears as a teenager who frequently wears glasses and sports piercings.
