Description
Chiaki Kuramoto, a shy third-year middle school transfer student, struggles with verbal expression, her words often tripping into stutters. Her reserved demeanor clashes with sporadic bursts of anger directed at Tatsuya Takatsuka, a classmate whose teasing sparks recurring clashes between them.

In high school, she adopts a frosty detachment toward Tatsuya while engaging others normally, determined to shed her middle school identity—a version of herself she views as awkward and emotionally exposed. She openly rejects this past, striving to erase its memories.

Tensions peak when Tatsuya confronts her evasion, refusing to accept her dismissal of their shared history. During their exchange, snow begins to fall, and his abrupt grasp of her hand fogs her glasses—a fleeting breach in her emotional armor, revealing vulnerability beneath. Though unspoken, their mutual recognition of lingering feelings hangs in the air, the resolution left ambiguous.

Her journey navigates the clash between her crafted self-image and buried emotions, with fogged glasses recurring as a symbol: transient glimpses of suppressed truths piercing her controlled facade.
