Movie
Description
Originally nicknamed "Tobi the Kicker" ("Kid Kickalot" in some regions), Tobitaka Seiya led a gang in Inazuma Town, feared for powerful leg strikes in street fights. Though often clashing with rivals, he refrained from starting violence and frequently stepped in to protect others. Overpowered during one fight, he was saved by Coach Hibiki, who saw potential in his kicking power and recruited him for soccer despite zero experience. Hibiki secretly trained him, focusing on channeling his physical gifts constructively.

Joining Inazuma Japan as a defender marked a major shift. Initially isolated and intent on leaving his past behind, he struggled to integrate or contribute effectively. Early efforts to "shift the air" against moves like Dark Tornado displayed raw talent but lacked polish. Persistent mentorship from Hibiki and Endou, combined with his own resolve, steadily honed his skills. He developed the defensive technique Shinkuuma, crucial in matches like against Fire Dragon where he stopped Chaos Break. This period also revealed growing empathy, such as encouraging Tachimukai to master Maou The Hand versus The Empire.

His past resurfaced before the Asia Finals when former rival Karasu confronted the team. Tobitaka offered to sacrifice his spot to resolve the conflict, but his old gang intervened, ensuring the team's safety. This cemented his acceptance of both his history and current self. He also formed a mentorship bond with Toramaru, guiding the younger player and symbolizing his full integration into the team.

In the movie *Saikyō Gundan Ogre Shūrai*, he aided Raimon against the Ogre team. His defensive prowess stood out as he remained uninjured alongside Endou during Ogre's onslaught and used Shinkuuma to halt the Death Spear technique.

In *Inazuma Eleven GO*, he appeared as an adult managing a Rairaiken ramen shop branch, a career inspired by Hibiki's earlier cooking lessons. Culinary skills hinted at during his playing days became his profession. He provided meals and guidance to characters like Amagi, Hikaru, and Shinsuke, later visiting Kidou to offer encouragement, indirectly aiding Kidou's reflection on coaching.

Physically, he possessed dark purple hair styled in a distinctive pompadour resembling hawk wings, often mistaken for moose antlers. Prominent dark rings circled his eyes, and he habitually carried a comb, frequently grooming his hair mid-match early in his soccer career. As an adult in GO, he wore a white headband and had shorter hair.

His personality evolved from a quiet, sarcastic exterior to a supportive, observant teammate. He showed perceptiveness about others' emotional states, recognizing Tachimukai's doubts or Kidou's stress, offering pertinent advice. His kindness extended to cooking for teammates and maintaining loyalty to his former gang, reflecting his consistent protective nature.
