Description
Badapp Sleed commands Team Ogre as captain and forward. Born to privilege—his father a military general, his mother a government official destined to be the nation's first female prime minister—he developed unshakable pride and a conviction in his natural leadership. Leveraging his father's connection to Hibiki, he enrolled at Ogre Gakuen. There, his exceptional intellect and physical prowess propelled him to the top, dominating academics and athletics. His strategic brilliance shone when he crushed Eskaba in a debate, arguing for overwhelming victories that leave opponents broken, revealing an inner anger noted by Bauzen. Mistre, burdened by an inferiority complex, challenged him to a death battle; Sleed effortlessly won, warning Mistre of the true cost of combat. He later handpicked both Eskaba and Mistre as key advisors for Operation Thunderbreak, subjecting them to rigorous training.

His appearance is striking: spiky gray hair with two long locks draping his shoulders, piercing red eyes, and tanned skin. A distinctive forehead mark signifies his captaincy. He wears a military-style gray jacket featuring two chest pockets and a clover leaf emblem on the left. Initially calm and silent, he reacts with visible agitation to positive talk about soccer, exemplified when Kanon speaks of the sport, fueled by deep-seated rage. Yet, his true nature is genuinely kind and passionate about the game. He exhibits notable obedience to authority.

Within the narrative, Sleed first appears in a future segment, effortlessly dispatching Bauzen's minions before receiving his forehead mark, designating him army leader. As Ogre's captain, he leads their devastating 36–0 victory against Zeus, declaring the team "ogres that devour even the gods" and confirming Operation Ogre's first phase completion. Against Raimon, he scores the second goal using Death Spear, a technique shattering Majin The Hand and injuring multiple players. Kanon's arrival intensifies his fury, making her a specific target. However, Endou Mamoru's emphasis on courage over fighting triggers Sleed's flashbacks of joyful soccer with friends, prompting a change of heart. He thanks Endou, revealing his inherent goodness, and performs a fist-to-chest gesture twice to signal his understanding and commitment to fair play before being recalled by superiors.
