Description
Oushou Kakuma provides live commentary for football matches throughout multiple Inazuma Eleven series. He covers significant tournaments, notably the Football Frontier in the original series where his son, Kakuma Keita, supplied him with Raimon team details during broadcasts.

In Inazuma Eleven Ares no Tenbin, he commentates the Football Frontier tournament matches. His role expands during Inazuma Eleven Orion no Kokuin, covering Asia-qualifying matches and the Football Frontier International world tournament alongside Maxter Land. Within the original series' first season, he regularly commentates Football Frontier matches, with his son's involvement in providing Raimon-specific details revealed later. During season 3, he appears on Liocott Island but states he will not commentate the Football Frontier International matches held there; he later provides unofficial commentary for a match between Orpheus and Team K after encountering it.

In Inazuma Eleven GO, he commentates the Holy Road ceremony and subsequently covers all national Holy Road matches. His documented commentated matches span multiple series, including Raimon’s matches in GO, Inakuni Raimon’s matches in Ares no Tenbin, and international fixtures in Orion no Kokuin.

For game appearances, he is recruitable in Inazuma Eleven GO 2: Chrono Stone by entering the password "じっきょうのおに" and meeting requirements including obtaining the Valued Membership Card and having Yashima Yousuke on the team, costing 1400 Kizuna points. In Inazuma Eleven GO Galaxy, recruitment requires coins, specific photos like the "Talking Parrot," and topics such as "Minor Celebrity." His in-game stats at level 99 show consistency across Chrono Stone and Galaxy, with attributes like Catch (149), Technique (116), and Stamina (109); Freedom increases to 200 in Galaxy. His hissatsu techniques vary: Chrono Stone includes Excellent Breast and Serpent Fang, while Galaxy features Dokonjou Catch and Gigant Wall. A unique technique, Fukutsu no Seishin, appears in Galaxy without detailed power or cost data.

Trivia notes include his cameo in Danball Senki as a commentator for the "Akihabara Kingdom" and "B. C. Extras" tournaments, alongside a manga appearance in Downer Onee-san wa Asobitai.
