Description
Reo Kawamura attends St. Michael's Academy as a high school student, inheriting affluence from her mother's lineage which fostered a sheltered upbringing. With both parents living overseas, she resides alone in an apartment, entirely unequipped to manage basic household chores. Without intervention, she would sustain herself solely on junk food, relying heavily on her classmate and girlfriend Mai Sawaguchi for daily necessities. Mai frequently visits and assists domestically, functioning practically as a live-in partner.

Petite with a childlike physique, Reo has mid-back length sandy-blonde or ochre hair, aqua-blue or teal eyes, and notably small breasts. Her delicate appearance combines refined facial features with long, fluffy hair. She typically wears school uniforms or Lolita-style clothing, aligning with her affluent background.

Reo displays pronounced antisocial tendencies and extreme shyness around strangers, avoiding speech entirely during her initial school months until meeting Mai. She identifies as a "hyper-tsundere," reacting aggressively when upset—biting Mai or emitting a "scary aura" if Mai interacts with others—due to deep-seated jealousy and fear of losing Mai's attention. She actively refuses friendships beyond Mai, showcasing intense loyalty intertwined with social anxiety. Her interests include sweets consumption, cycling, and shopping, but she struggles severely with technology; she once contacted Mai to fix an unplugged TV. She adamantly avoids cellphones, declaring them "evil devices heralding society's downfall."

Her romantic relationship with Mai began antagonistically, marked by frequent arguments fueled by mutual stubbornness. Reo initially masked her feelings with hostility before unexpectedly confessing her love. Their partnership evolved into a mutual, sexually charged dynamic where Reo often assumes a submissive role. During intimacy, she reacts intensely to Mai's affections but voices frustration over her passivity, desiring greater agency in satisfying Mai. Beyond romance, Mai provides essential domestic stability in Reo's life.

Reo experiences subtle development over time. While remaining largely antisocial, later portrayals reveal gradual openness, allowing her guard to drop marginally around a select few beyond Mai. This evolution—evident in her third-year experiences—includes fighting and flirting with Mai while cautiously expanding her social tolerance. Despite this progress, her core traits persist: dependence on Mai, social ineptitude, and tsundere tendencies underscore a character arc focused on incremental growth.
