Description
Guignol, known as "The Ruler," serves as the primary antagonist, commanding the Monster Battalion's 7th Platoon under Kruul, the king of monsters. He led the invasion of Dragundaala at Kruul's command. Guignol wields a specific magical power: the ability to awaken dormant dragon ancestry within humans, forcibly transforming them into feral dragons under his absolute control. He utilized this power to conquer Dragundaala, turning its men into mindless dragon minions to assault the surviving population.
His personality exhibits extreme sadism and a distinct preference for psychological torment. After capturing Dragundaala's royal family, he devised a deceptive "game" for Princess Catue. He offered her kingdom's freedom and her parents' release in exchange for enduring seven days of sexual degradation and obeying his every command. This offer was inherently deceitful; Guignol had already ensured Catue's failure by orchestrating events like transforming her father into a dragon she subsequently killed unknowingly.
Throughout the seven-day challenge, he employed psychological manipulation, leveraging Catue's captured loved ones—including her mother Nina and fiancé Jin—against her. He subjected Nina to repeated assaults, causing her mental breakdown and subsequent depraved behavior towards Jin and Catue. On the sixth day, he transformed Jin into a feral dragon during intercourse with Catue, deliberately intensifying her suffering.
His ultimate objective extended beyond mere conquest; he sought to systematically shatter Catue's spirit. In the visual novel's bad endings, he succeeds, resulting in Catue becoming either a commander for the monster army or a pregnant slave. The anime adaptation concludes with his victory: Catue fails the challenge, and Guignol condemns her, Nina, and the kingdom's women to eternal sex slavery. A bonus episode depicts his enduring control, showing Catue giving birth to a dragon spawn while still enslaved.
However, the visual novel features a unique Golden Ending where Catue overcomes his manipulations, kills him, and liberates Dragundaala. This specific outcome does not occur in the anime adaptation, where his domination remains absolute.
