Description
Le Teigneux, known as "The Pest," recurs as an antagonist across the franchise, consistently portrayed as a large, physically strong bully. He partners with Le Nabot ("The Dwarf"), forming a duo that instigates conflict; Le Teigneux serves as the physical enforcer while Le Nabot provides cunning support.

In "Once Upon a Time... Man," Le Teigneux antagonizes protagonists across eras. As a Neanderthal, he is a rival hunter who falls into traps set by characters like Pierrot. During the Viking era, his attempts to mimic heroic actions lead to comical failures, such as falling into water while hopping on oars. In Roman times, he endures humiliations like receiving poor shaves that leave his face bandaged. His medieval incarnation awkwardly flirts with Charlemagne's daughter. He also appears as Goliath in biblical segments.

His role escalates in "Once Upon a Time... Space" as the tyrannical General of Cassiopeia, commanding military forces against the Omega Confederation. This position marks his most powerful antagonistic role, driving intergalactic conflicts with protagonists like Pierrot.

In the "Discoverers" series, Le Teigneux embodies Adolf Hitler, continuing his pattern of portraying historical antagonists. His design emphasizes physical strength and red curly hair, contrasting with Le Nabot. Their recurring failures serve comedic and educational purposes.

Within "Seimei no Kagaku Micro Patrol" ("Once Upon a Time... Life"), Le Teigneux does not appear directly. The series anthropomorphizes viruses, bacteria, and cells as antagonists, with no indication these representations correspond to his established character.
