Description
Originally a Sunagakure missing-nin named Mukade, he specialized in puppet techniques and sought to dominate the Five Great Shinobi Countries by harnessing the Ryūmyaku, an ancient underground chakra flow beneath Rōran. Discovering Rōran's ruins in his original time, he broke Minato Namikaze's seal on the Ryūmyaku, triggering a temporal displacement that sent him six years into the past, arriving before Naruto Uzumaki and Yamato.

In this past era, operating under the alias Anrokuzan, he infiltrated Rōran's royal court and became the trusted minister to Queen Sāra. He murdered Queen Sāra's mother, Sēramu, after she uncovered his plans and refused to cooperate. As minister, he orchestrated the kidnapping and enslavement of Rōran's male population, forcing them to manufacture puppets in underground factories. He replaced citizens with chakra-controlled puppets to maintain a façade of loyalty to Sāra, whom he mockingly dubbed the "Puppet Princess."

Anrokuzan used the Ryūmyaku's power to create the "Puppet Ninja Force," an army of combat puppets wielding kunai and channeling the ley line's energy. When confronted, he fused with segments of Rōran's towers to form a giant defensive puppet body, utilizing the Ryūmyaku for instant regeneration by absorbing surrounding structures. His control persisted until Queen Sāra sealed most of the Ryūmyaku, disabling his regenerative abilities.

In the final battle, Minato Namikaze identified Anrokuzan's weak point, enabling Naruto to strike it with a Super Rasengan—a combined Rasengan technique powered by synchronized chakra from both Minato and Naruto. Defeated, Anrokuzan fell into the Ryūmyaku's energy pool as the palace collapsed. His death allowed Minato to reseal the Ryūmyaku, erasing all memories of the events to preserve the timeline.
